The capping machine is a linear design, suitable for a variety of bottle types. After the bottle with the cap is continuously fed into the capping machine, it is clamped forward by the double-layer vertical synchronous belt. The bottle cap is gradually tightened by three pairs of polyurethane rubbing wheels rotating in the same direction. When replacing covers with different diameters, only the wheel spacing and height need to be adjusted. The tightness can be adjusted without damaging the bottle cap. The feeding system and capping system cooperate closely to make the caps tightly sealed.

We will send technicians overseas,commissions and operator training.Our warranty period is 12 months,in this period,we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period,we offer free technical support and the cost of spare parts.
