1. This machine is a rotary automatic low-vacuum filling machine with fast filling speed and high filling precision.
2. The liquid level control mechanism of the storage tank is a buoy type, with simple structure and reliable operation.
3. The middle pillar is adjustable, without replacing parts, it can fill bottles with a height of 160-350mm. Replacement of some parts can adapt to the filling of bottles with different diameters.
4. There is an overload protection device on the bottle in and out wheel. When the bottle is jammed, the equipment will stop automatically. After the bottle is manually reset, the equipment can start and run normally, so as to ensure the safety of the equipment and operation.
5. The main exposed parts of the machine are made of stainless steel or nylon, with beautiful appearance, and the rotating parts are placed in the body, with compact structure, stable operation and low noise.
6. The bottle supporting lifting mechanism of this machine adopts advanced soft supporting structure, and the bottle is not in place or the special super high bottle will not be broken or damaged by the filling head.
