Glue treatment - the glue usually uses water-soluble resin glue, which is selected according to the material of the bottle to be pasted.
When adjusting the amount of glue, do not adjust too much, just have a layer of film on the rubber wheel: because too much glue can not increase the viscosity of the glue, too much glue will make the label stick when it is pasted. , due to the extrusion of the bottle, the excess glue will be left on the position of the vacuum box, the belt of the vacuum box and the sponge board, so that the label may be attached to the belt or the sponge board when the machine is running, so the glue should not be adjusted too much many.
Label processing--In order to make the label fully attached to the bottle and increase the beauty of the product, the label should be kept flat so that it can be fully glued. However, since the label will curl under the effect of moisture in the air when the label is preserved, the label must be fixed and supported by hard plates before and after preservation, and then tightened with a rubber band. It is more important to straighten the direction of the inwardly bent fibers when printing.
Bottle handling - when the bottle is labeled, there must be no oil stains or dust on the outside of the bottle.
