FX-6  large barrel Plastic cap capping machine
1.The machine adopts PLC central, touch screen display, the host stepless frequency control, which enables fast and easy operation. 2.This product can sort ,deliver, and grasp caps automatically, and is adopted no bottle no cap delivery design.The machine is also designed with an auto alignment module, which enables accurate bottle-cap alignment while keeping the bottle fixed without spinning. The torque of cap grabbers can be adjusted by magnetic clutch system.

1.The bottom of the frame is welded using carbon steel, other parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel and T6 aluminum alloy. All parts are designed as standardised parts and are manufactured with high precision.
