11. Filling section adopts a piston-type volumetric filling method which has fast and precise filling accuracy with a general filling error of ± 1.5 ml for 500 ml.
12. Filling valve does not open without a bottle present.
13. Filling valves have a reliable electric liquid volume adjustment system with a handle to switch the filling valve setting between volume adjustment and working conditions.
14. There is no overflowing or spilling during filling, and no liquid dripping from the filling valve after filling.
15. Bottle plates provide steady and smooth bottle lifting and bottle support to carry out the filling process.
16. Machine has a simple and convenient height adjustment system.
17. Star wheel, bottle guide board, and bottle loading screw have quick and easy replacement mechanisms.
18. Overload protection system is installed to stop the machine if a bottle is stuck in a star wheel
