This series of sealing machines is mainly used for embossing and trimming of twist-off aluminum anti-theft caps, and different heads can be used for caps of different diameters. Widely used in wine, beverage, medicine, daily chemical and other packaging production industries.

Main features
1. The mechanism of the capping head adopts the working principle of AROL four-wheel balance, with uniform force and good sealing quality. The sealing wheel is made of special materials and has a long service life.
2. According to the sealing requirements of the bottle cap, it is sealed in the form of a pressing boss
3. The cap torque and tightness must match the bottle type, cap material, smoothness, and related joint parts to meet user requirements
4. The machine is equipped with an automatic positioning device for the bottle mouth, which avoids various disadvantages of positioning by the bottom of the bottle
5. Rolling by special cam curve is suitable for handling aluminum caps on bottles made of aluminum

CAPS UNSCRAMBLER/HOPPER
The bottle caps are gradually aligned and arranged in order under the action of the rotating disk. The specially designed track or guiding structure ensures that the caps are oriented in a uniform direction. The sorted caps are then sent through a channel into the hanging head
