This series of bottle rinsers is mainly used for internal rinsing and external spraying of glass bottles and polyester bottles.

1. Thorough Rinsing:
   The water distributor is specially designed to ensure complete rinsing while preventing the bottle mouth from being blocked by backflow water.

2. Comprehensive External Rinsing:
   High-pressure umbrella-shaped nozzles are used to fully rinse the outer surface of the bottle from all directions.

3. Wide Bottle Adaptability:
   Suitable for various bottle types with heights ranging from 100 to 360 mm, and diameters from Φ25 mm to Φ100 mm.

4. Water-saving Design:
   Equipped with a circulation water tank, the water is filtered and reused to reduce overall water consumption.

5. Versatile Rinsing Options:
   Can be configured for cold water rinsing, hot water rinsing, circulating water rinsing, or alternating cold and hot water rinsing.
   High-pressure clean air blowing is also available as an option.

This series of capping machines is specially designed for sealing twist-off aluminum anti-theft caps to bottle mouths.

  The capping head can be selected as either a German-style horizontal capping head or a four-wheel balanced lever-type capping head, to meet different production needs.

  Equipped with a bottle mouth positioning device, ensuring precise alignment between the bottle and the capping head, thereby improving cap utilization and reducing waste.

• High Level of Automation:
  Features automatic cap orientation and automatic cap hanging functions. Can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder for fully automatic operation.

  The capping wheels are made from special materials, offering high durability and a long service life.

1. The machine adopts PLC microcomputer programmable control, integrating light, electricity, mechanics, sensing and pneumatic execution into one system.
