Product Description

This filling machine is suitable for liquids such as wine and juice. It is the latest generation of advanced machinery independently developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technologies.
Adopting advanced real-time tracking and control technology, the liquid level in the electronic valve is fully detected, and the PLC trial operation and compensation control are performed.
The electronic valve and the liquid cylinder are designed as a closed liquid flow channel. The flow process of the liquid from the liquid cylinder to the electronic valve and then to the bottle is smooth and gentle, without convection impact of gas and liquid, avoiding the generation of bubbles.
The filling nozzle is designed as a damping flow port, reverse blocking, reducing the impact force of the liquid flowing into the bottle, thereby reducing the generation of bubbles.
The filling machine has high filling accuracy, fast speed, no leakage, and no choking.
