This series of bottle rinsers is mainly used for internal rinsing and external spraying of glass bottles and polyester bottles.

1. Thorough Rinsing:
   The water distributor is specially designed to ensure complete rinsing while preventing the bottle mouth from being blocked by backflow water.

2. Comprehensive External Rinsing:
   High-pressure umbrella-shaped nozzles are used to fully rinse the outer surface of the bottle from all directions.

4. Water-saving Design:

This series of capping machines is specially designed for sealing twist-off aluminum anti-theft caps to bottle mouths.

  Ensures a secure, airtight seal with no gaps or scratches. The bottom seal is tightly closed, ensuring product integrity.

  The capping head can be selected as either a German-style horizontal capping head or a four-wheel balanced lever-type capping head, to meet different production needs.

  Equipped with a bottle mouth positioning device, ensuring precise alignment between the bottle and the capping head, thereby improving cap utilization and reducing waste.

• High Level of Automation:
