Product Description

The machine has a high degree of automation and is easy to adjust. When changing the specifications or correcting the measurement, it only 
needs to be adjusted on the display screen to meet the requirements. 

This machine adopts PLC microcomputer programmable control and integrates optical, electromechanical, sensing and pneumatic execution into one.

It can be applied to the filling of various viscous materials such as vegetable oil, enzyme,syrup, pear paste,suspending agent, motor oil and daily chemical products. 

The piston is driven by a servo motor, enabling accurate stroke positioning and adjustable filling speed. 
When close to the barrel mouth, the speed and pressure are reduced to prevent the liquid from splashing and overflowing due to the high 
impulse force.
